The online appraisal assistant is designed to help both novice and experienced commercial real estate appraisers by quickly and accurately generating professional, standardized commercial appraisal reports.
No. The data that is entered by any appraiser is confidential to that appraiser and others working for the same company on the assignment. Online Appraisal Assistant, LLC and related entities reserve the right to use the market data for further analysis with a promise to never disclose any confidential information that has been entered into OLAA.
OLAA generates reports using Microsoft Word and *.doc files. These reports are downloaded to the OLAA user's computer for further refinement and distribution. If refinements to the analysis are desired, the appraiser can either make the changes to the Microsoft Word file or make changes in OLAA and generate a new Microsoft Word report. If more than one report is generated for the same assignment OLAA automatically creates a versioning number to distinguish one version from another. The user should note that any editing saved to the Microsoft Word file will not be regenerated by OLAA in following reports.
The OLAA templates have been designed to meet USPAP Standard II requirements. However, there is no warranty, either expressed or implied, that all USPAP requirements have been met for any particular assignment.
